Cymbalta vs Amitriptyline

Which is better, my doc thinks I should be on cymbalta combined with seroquel and clonazepam.
Is that a good combination? I am tapering amitriptyline as I increase cymbalta.

Tonight it will be 75 mg amitriptyline and going up to 60mg on cymbalta, 150 seroquel, 1 1/8 mg clonazepam.
