low-ish dose xanax withdrawal

For two years I've taken a benzo.
The past year it's been 1-2 mg Xanax at least 2/3 the extended version. The rest instant release.

In one week I'm taking .25mg a day.

Should I know something?

Thanks.

MDD currently controlled. C-ptsd and comorbid health concerns. Chronic fatigue.
