Hi,
Start low, go slow.
That's the trick!
You might try 10 mg twice a day after one week.
The target dose should be 30-40 mg a day.
I'm on 40 mg of this drug myself.
But I'm a 200 lbs. male.
You can experience side effects in the beginning.
They will disappear after some time.
