Another question for Bleauberry

Hey I know you read some of Gilman's stuff and I wondered if you know why he seems to prefer nortriptyline over desipramine?
Post-SSRI syndrome: iatrogenic anhedonia, memory and concentration problems, sexual dysfunction. [NOTE no sadness or anxiety]
Location:USA
Currently taking 25mg Lamictal.
