I think you should try keeping a journal and writing down how you feel. When a certain thought or feeling of your anhedonia comes up, write it down and try to explain what it feels like. Pdocs should be vary aware and empathetic and if he/she isn't I would find a new one.

Have taken paxil for 13 years. Is no longer working. My own diagnosis is depression. Have tried Lamictal, Wellbutrin and Now Zoloft all with the 10mg. paxil.
