Serotonin syndrome is quite variable in its presentation. Even if what you are experiencing does not meet the criteria for serotonin syndrome, you may nevertheless be overmedicated with SSRIs. I'm not guaranteeing that this is your current situation. However, I thought it was worth mentioning.
What medications are you taking and what are the dosages?
