Update..
Turned out that clomipramine boosts Lexapro levels enormously. I should have figured that out!! This led to both euphoria, increased libido, increased tinnitus and increased OCD. Not an ideal mix.
My current f-doc won't prescribe clomipramine, and I find it too expensive/too slow to buy on the web, so I'm afraid I'd better return to Lexapro.
Oh well. Some impulsive babbling.
