Med Changes and Nightmares

I took some of the soma last night and changed the benzo cut xanax from l.5mg to lmg and valium up from 2.5 to 5mg and the nightmare I had I can't shake. It was so horrible. I can't say contents. And will go back to original meds tonight as still seriously freaked out. Has this happened to anyone else and how did you get over it? What did you do with the meds? Thanks Phillipa
