More than one antipsychotic at a time?

Hello all,
Just curious if anyone knows if docs ever prescribe more than one antipsychotic at a time?
I am thinking Zyprexa + Seroquel..is this ever done?
For example if one helps with your mood and the other helps you stay calm?
