So I have found at least a dozen case studies and small sample studies on pubmed where the patients were in the realm of schizo/depression psychosis/depression resistant to treatment and they all improved markedly on certain combinations. I have mentioned some of those over the last year, several times. And they were all ignored. I don't know why.
But as long as those things that actually did work for people just like you are ignored, then you are correct, there is nothing else to try. If instead you say gosh those people with pscyhosis depression who failed all the antipsychotics got a lot better on these other things, then all of a sudden you have a new world of hope. If it worked for them, it can work for you.
