My BP was high all day yesterday but back to normal this morning.
It's 9:35now and I took 2x10mg of Parnate at 8am and there's no change (115/74). So perhaps it was the Fish Oil (that listed Soy).
Going to keep monitoring it today and if it spikes again will see my doc about trying Marplan(which he's mentioned).
Will update.
