Do you have any SSRI oral drops in the US? I don't think you do.
Here we have citalopram (Cipramil, Celexa) oral drops. We also have escitalopram (Cipralex, Lexapro) drops.
The citalopram drops are 2mg per drop. The escitalopram drops are 0.5mg per drop. You just stick the required number of drops in some water or fruit juice.
These products aren't often prescribed, but they would certainly be very useful for slow tapering.
