Sertindole's QT-prolongation is dose related, so you could try and find the lowest effective dose. It has a long half-life, so it may take some time to figure that out.
SSRI's can also dose-dependently prolong QT-interval, although it's more rare.
I don't know about the Abilify - doesn't it leave the QT-interval alone? Otherwise this doesn't seem to be a risky combination to me. Throwing in a TCA or another med that significantly prolongs QT-interval, that would be risky. I wouldn't take more than 20mg of Seroxat just to be sure. Certainly not more than 40.
Practically no medication is totally safe. You could have an EKG to rule out trouble - couldn't you?
