I am taking amitriptyline, lexapro and ritalin as needed. This would be somewhat similar to your combiation.

The ritalin can potentiate the noradrenergic effects of amitriptyline / nortriptyline. It tends to mix better with SSRI's than TCA's IMO.

You probably won't need that much ritalin, but just be careful about heart rate, blood pressure and/or agitation.
