Generally speaking, it is dangerous to combine a SRI like Prozac or Effexor with a MAOI. Serotonin syndrome can be the result of such combinations. However, I don't know for sure that very low dosages of oral selegiline (Eldepryl) would produce this reaction. Personally, I would be uncomfortable trying it.
