I've been getting wonderful results with the arthritis diet. No dairy, no Alcohol, no wheat, no sugar. I eat just vegetables and meat and little brown rice. Relieves the pain and makes me mentally healthier. Took me a long time to really stick to it but when I did I benefited. When pain is lessened your mood is much better.
