Well, anything you might try has to be something you have onhand. Yeah? So, what do you have onhand to choose from?
You were doing well for Christmas if I remember correctly? What changed? Is the Parnate dose lower or higher than then? Anything else stopped or started or changed?
Friday seems like a long way away but it's just a few more days. Hang in there! I don't know what you can do to use up some time, but do something, anything. Any kind of distraction you can muster to let the clockhands go around without you noticing will be good. For example, 15 minutes on the couch watching the clock can seem like 15 hours. 15 minutes walking, doing pushups, taking a bath, shower, changing the bedsheets, whatever...anything...that 15 minutes will go by a lot faster.
We all know from personal experiences this dark place doesn't just stay there with no end, so we need to somehow find a stepping stone to get us from here to there. As you noted, some fast acting med might be that stepping stone, and some distractions would be too.
If Zyprexa is something you have onhand, it is scientifically and anecdotally a reasonable option. I wonder what else you might have onhand to choose from?
