I thought this significant enough to share although I have to think it has been addressed before. Parnate is likely to interfere with absorption of b-6; I knew of this but never took a supplement until a couple of days ago. What I observed was that the mild tremulousness in my legs diminished 75 percent within a few hours. What I noticed the following day at the gym was that the wattage I was able to sustain for a half hour went up 25 percent.Normally I'd have to shoot test to get that sort of an increase. I am an artist so I'm allowed to talk like a noob here. I also feel less irritable.
