parnate hypotension

I have been taking 30mg parnate for five months and I thought the hypotension had gone away. Tonight, I woke up in the middle of the night and walked to the bathroom and --bam!!- I fell down backwards, banging my head on the floor.
It was a useful reminder. This is a strong drug I'm taking.
