Phillipa,

Oh I know about tapering. I've done three "official" tapers. The last one taking me seven months to go from 20 mg. to 3.5. Under 5mg. I went down one half mg. at a time and it still kicked my butt to no end. Had to go back on. I've been on 10mg. for over a year. I'm going to go back up and see what happens and see if it will work again. Pray for me.
