But you're probably not spending a lot of time outside so the sunlight isn't getting to you. You could try putting strong full spectrum light bulbs in lamps you already have if you don't want to buy a whole light box.
You mentioned upping your dose. Have you asked your doc about that? Maybe it's something you could do temporarily for the winter.
