You didn't just take 600mg of Seroquel as your first dosing of this drug, did you?

The major metabolite of Seroquel (quetiapine) is norquetiapine. Norquetiapine is a potent norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor, a property that can produce activation. This can serve to make some people irritable or hostile. It might make sense that there be a delay in the onset of your negative reaction if it is indeed the norquetiapine metabolite that is to blame.
