Is Remeron a good option?

When she denied my request for nortriptyline and more Parnate, my doc mentioned trying me on Remeron. Is that even a useful option with the rest of my meds?
Parnate 60mg
Lamictal 400mg
Geodon 160mg
Levothyroxine 150mcg
Topamax 150mg
D3
Fish Oil
**Sorry I've been posting so much-- I'm just obsessed with meds right now. I'm holding onto tiny strands of hope that something can keep me from feeling this bad for the rest of my life.
