Seroquel for anxiety

Hi,
Im on a low dose of flupenthixol for the agitation and anxiety induced by Wellbutrin.
Ive been on Buspar for many years, but this drug doesnt seem to be potent enough in combination with Wellbutrin.
Im doing fine, but flupenthixol is not a modern drug.
This medicine increases the level of prolactin.
So I would like to switch from flupenthixol to a modern drug.
I know that Seroquel is used off-label for personality disorders.
The question is whether 25 mg of Seroquel in the morning would take care of my anxiety for the rest of the day.
I have Seroquel in my medicine cabinet, but I dont have a qualified psychiatrist to consult on this matter.
Would 25 mg of quetiapine be equivalent of 1 mg of flupenthixol?
