I am fully aware its not healthy to do, but I have eaten nothing in two days, aside from many coffees. It got me to thinking about the appetite suppresion of Dexedrine. Does the resulting poor nutrition and food intake effect the metabolism and efficacy of the medication? I wonder because, after finally eating a giant submarine a few hours ago, and then taking dexedrine shortly after, that the drug was somehow different: Definately less anxiety, better focus than when I was not eating, and maybe a little more cheerfull. (It could be a sort of psychosomatic response, because I was looking for it, but I dont think so bec it was significant). Given that the appetite suppression I experience on 60mg TID is quite strong, I assume I should be making it a priority to eat well.
Any thoughts?
