i took a single 5mg dose in the morning. unsurprisingly, it felt a lot less abrasive than ritalin - no physical anxiety, really pro-social, but sadly did little to clear up my head (there was some euphoria, which seems to come with its own brand of fogginess). the crash was really hard, and i forgot to eat, which caused some blood sugar problems. but overall, a lot more pleasant than ritalin.
