long term effects antipsychotics

Dear all,
I am wondering about long term effects of antipsychotics. I'm really interested in all of them, but mostly atypicals, as those are what I was on. Anything from lasting a month after taking meds to years etc.
I've heard diabetes, but I'm mostly wondering about mental things or things having to do with energy levels.
It doesn't seem like much information is available about this online, or maybe anywhere. So whatever you know, or point me in the right direction.
