I've turned a corner in therapy--this week, my pain level has been frighteningly high. Anxiety is down, oddly enough. The depression is up--or now, maybe I can feel it?
I need to be able to get into a comfort zone when necessary--today nothing is working--my toolbox lacking.
I am afraid of AP's. Just me--don't ask. However, is there something I can take for a short period or an on need basis? Like zyprexia--for intrusive images, thoughts. I worry that long term usage may stagnate therapy....
Abilify at 2mg made me feel weird, but stopped dead painful flashes. Higher, and I twitched and grimaced. Seroquel was intolerable from the start.
More benoz's for the short term?
Can I take zyprexia on an add-needed basis? (If I can tolerate it.)
I know I'll get through this--it's the how for the short term.
Apologies for the disjointedness--and for not having the time to look this up myself. Yes, I am in touch w/ pdoc, and I see him on Monday.
experience welcome,
