In my experience, and in speaking with different doctors who are comfortable with using Parnate, the normal therapeutic range really should be 40-80mg. High-dosage Parnate therapy really involves using dosages of 120mg and above.

I hope you can persuade your doctor to go higher. It can make the difference between obtaining a partial response and attaining remission.
