Magic Pill?
An effective medication, for example, is an older MAOI drug or a cerebral stimulant such as Adderall, Dexedrine, or Desoxyn (last resort).
The mental health community, however, is too afraid to prescribe them for refractory mental health disorders. Is it treatment-resistant depression or something else?
Too many patients run in circles trying to find the right medication, or combinations thereof, which work for them. Is it worth it?
