I don't know about seligeline, but your doctor will and he'll help you with all those things.

It does get complicated when you have many things to get out of your system, then 2 weeks washout, but boy was it worth it for me.

Some pdocs know which drugs to take to go from one AD directly to another. It's tricky stuff. I've heard Paxil can be a bear but with your pdoc's help it might be a breeze for you. One way or another, you'll be getting on to an AD that will really and truly help you feel good.
