I tried vyvanse low dose at 30 mg and liked it. It was smooth and had ad effects for me. I used the coupon my p-doc gave me and got a free months supply. I think I need the next dosage which is 40 mg.
I've had responses to low dose luvox at 50 mg. Never really able to get higher.
I have atypical depression and add. Would luvox or another ssri work synergistically together and attack ssri + add. Also would a stim prevent the dreaded down regulation of dopamine.
