Sorry don't understand you levels but a very knowlegeable poster here says 200mg of selenium good pretty sure it was for thyroid. And lithium does cause the thyroid to malfunction and when thyroid off can cause what you describe. We have synthroid, levothyroxine, natural armour thyroid and others unithyroid. Does your doc say your levels are normal? I did see a hormone doc who wanted me to take ldrop of iodine in water a day for thyroid. But mine is the autoimmune type and iodine not good for it.
