As a matter of fact if I'm not wrong there is a med,an triple reuptake inhibitor: Sibutramine (Meridia)which is claimed to affect all the three neurotransmitters, at various degrees.When it came up, it was clinically tested for depression but shown up as a better appetite suppresant.Looks that it have a short half-life, but it's metabolites named M1 and M2 have a longer hal-life (15h, or so).I tried it and I felt the dopaminergic side, slight but sesizable.Indeed, as an antidepressant wasn't as strong as an TCA, more like an SSRI.For me, was so and so.I trialed it as an appetite suppresant and being as generic and sold without prescription, I gave it a go.Look here:
