It really sucks, like Maxime said it's so frustrating that you have to go through that only because that doc won't/can't help you!
Can't you try to get to another one? Maybe someone here on babble could even suggest one?
Waiting 4 months only because of some stubborn doc just can't be right. It's your life after all!
You "just" need to get one more experienced who doesn't rely completely on his "textbooks" or one that listens to you and takes your own research (sleep aids + parnate) serious.I wish you all the best! I really hope so much that you will find one who will help you! Please try to get to someone else...
Please keep us updated. How are you doing on 50mg Parnate despite your insomnia? How "much" do you sleep?
