Meds For Arthritis and Post Op Pain?

I'm not talking about nerve pain such as the type that neurontin is good for.

I'm talking about more general pain such as post op pain and arthritis type pain.I'm also weaning myself off of percocet which isn't helping matters.

I'm also thinking about restarting an AD combo for atypical depression.Let me list some combos I thought might help but feel free to list others.

1. parnate + low dose nortriptyline
2. parnate + low dose amitriptyline

Also are there any safe anti inflammatories that can be used long term?
