Sigma-2 antagonists?

Posted by sowhysosad on October 24, 2009, at 9:18:52

Does anyone know of any drugs or, particularly, supplements that antagonise Sigma-2 receptors?

So far all I can come up with are Rimcazole and Ifenprodil.

One theory for EPS from uptake inhibitors is that they're caused by Sigma-2 agonism, so I thought it might be interesting to see whether symptoms are reduced by adding an antagonist.
