Hi,

I'm on parnate but it's supposed to lower tyramine resistance at least as much or even more than nardil.
I once drank a bottled beer which gave me a very very strange pounding headache from my neck upwards, something I haven't felt ever before.
Luckily I hadn't drunk the whole bottle but only half of it.. this headache lasted for 1hour and then faded.. I don't know of course if it was a reaction as I didn't have a cuff near me, but it didn't feel right. Anyway if it had been a true reaction it would have felt much more intense and more painful I guess (it was painful but nowhere near migraine or something). That was after a bottled beer from a reputable brewery.. really strange..
I continued drinking bottled beer sometimes even 2litres/night but avoided that company.
I also drank 2 glasses of tap beer by mistake and haven't had any reaction.. but as I read on babble, it's always a gamble and you have to be lucky with tap beer, so I'd really avoid it.. you can be ok 99 times and 1 other time you are totally f*****, only because something wasn't "sterile" and you got the first glass or something.. at least that's how I understand it..
