Dexamphetamine causes the release of dopamine from the neuron and also blocks its reuptake. It does this with norepinephrine as well but to a lesser degree.
Wellbutrin only blocks the reuptake of noradrenaline and dopamine. It does not cause the release of those chemicals. In my experience it feels like the effect is stronger with norepinephrine. I felt jumpy and energized but it didn't life my mood. Since it doesn't cause the release of dopamine it probably won't feel like dexamphetamine. Let me know if you feel the dopamine boost on a dose higher than 300mgs.
