Hello, Welcome to Babble.
I don't think hospitals will just hospitalize you for being depressed or even for having suicidal thoughts. They should only hospitalize you if you are very psychotic or will harm yourself or others.
Can you go to a walk-in clinic with your old bottles of prescriptions and get a doctor to give you refills? You really shouldn't just cold turkey your meds and I think most doctors would understand. Savella is just an SSRI isn't it? It is not an addictive med so I don't see why you would have trouble getting a doctor to prescribe it.
Even though the psychologist is booked, it might be a good idea to be put on the waiting list and just book an appointment far in advance. Time flies so maybe before you know it, you will have an appointment.
