Many times people debate on the importance of excersise in depression.Most agree its crucial HOWEVER many of us simply cant,we cant gather the energy to get to a gym,or the simple interest to continue to do it,myself being one of them.
Well here is a friendly tip.....i recently bought the NINTENDO Wii,and along with it is a virtual boxing game.
This game is actualy 100 percent interactive as u fight along with the game.You can google and see studies already have it as a effective cardio workout with 200 calories per 30 min of play.
Its is a blast,and a great time,but i warn you,you will be out of breath,your arm will hurt the first day,and you will be drenced in sweat.
Googe boxing for Wii and its real cardio effects and see.
For me i hate cardio,trheadmills,bikes,etc,now i use this and i can only get to fights in at a single time before i need to stop and breathe and rest.
