Amisulpride cleanest.
All others have multiple functions and cannot be classified as clean. But then, in psychiatry, it may well be we don't want clean. SSRIs are clean. TCAs are dirty. But which are generally viewed as gold standard?
In terms of not hitting histamine so hard, probably Abilify or Risperdal. Zyprexa is in my opinion the best overall in the entire class. It has significant histamine action, but not anywhere close to seroquel, and tends to develop tolerance within a month or so to that effect.
For mood stabilization, I know of no better AP than Zyprexa, if one is going to choose an AP agent with that hoped outcome.
