I recall reading some of your posts and it seems that you do deal with a lot of stress/anxiety. For me a good way to calm my mind down and cleanse it from bad streams of thoughts is to keep a regular physical exercise program (medium intensity). Running helps the most for me. Put some music on a portable player and you can get some distraction and stimulation for half an hour or so.
I'm trying to figure how you're feeling. Sometimes we can find some peace of mind by just spending some physical energy in motion. Have you tried that? I feel that when I walk or run for a good amount of time things start to make better sense in my mind.
