Hi g_g_g,
I tried low doses of Seroquel, risperidone, amisulpride and ziprasidone.
The former 2 were calming me a lot, but I also felt a bit like a zombie.. but definately no increased anxiety..
Amisulpride made me quite agitated and thous increased anxiety. Ziprasidone was neutral for me, but my ex girlfriend got very agitated!
Sorry don't have any experience with Zyprexa, but I think it would also be very calming. Don't know anything about Abilify..
