Have you been doing other things to treat your depression?

-Exercise-intense exercise is best
-Therapy
-Fishoil-helps brain work better and augments antidepressants.
-Proper diet
-Staying close to those you enjoy time with.
-In those times of strength and remission, find hobbies/interests/activities that make you happy and keep doing them.

There are so many things we need to do while we are on antidepressants if we want to give ourselves a better chance of long term success.

I understand some things like fish oil usage have not come into common knowledge until fairly recently.

Also, people are just now becoming more and more comfortable with going to therapy. Therapy does not carry the stigma it used to.
