I am very familiar with this side effect. It probably has to do with NE activity. Do you find that when you scratch one spot that another spot begins to itch immediately afterwards?

Hint: try not to scratch. It only makes things worse. If this occurs after a shower, try not to wipe yourself with a towel. It is better if you gently dab your skin dry. Then, try to get some clothes on as soon as possible. The light contact of clothes seems to reduce the itchiness. Do not take overly hot showers.

I found that this side effect lingered for quite awhile before finally receding.
