As from what iv read it appears that the effects tend last a few weeks before the brain perhaps down-regulates the receptors? Do you think 25mg once a day in morn could be enough as a starting point, dont fancy the insomnia or nausea?

A downfall of Amisulpride is the potential to increase the hormone prolactin. If that happens to an excessive amount, sexual ability becomes near zero. That happened to me, so it was a deal breaker. My spouse and I, even in the worst of my illness struggles, enjoy closeness with each other.
25mg was my dose.
