Hello folks,
today was pretty gloomy, I mean outside, so the gloom was the color of the room. Felt gloomy, and sleepy. Yet the worst thing I've ever felt is waking up from a dream that's better from reality and feeling "awful". I'm get mad at myself because, alot things that are right need to critized, but i critize it first, but it get's to a point of being over negative. Then thought patterns change. Only thing when it get's that point is belief that some will happen soon, put in your subcousious thinking, to let it get done.
Alot of people here are taking Parnate, from the post's i read, but it's a MAOI. That's old. I take Nuvigel with Prozac, that activates the body, and creates attention/some alertness.
Also I've realized sugar improves the mood like honey or necter. It increases nuerotransmitters but not to a direct point.

Anyway's, maybe Priqusit? What's the diffrence between that and effexor?
