Cyclothymia/Bipolar II Psych referral (Help)

I am looking for a good psychiatrist in the New Mexico area (I am willing to travel to AZ or CO if needed). I want to see someone with proved expertise in Cyclothymia/Bipolar II. Any good referrals / experiences would be greatly appreciated! I have had no success so far. Thanks!
