SLS - Add on to Tegretol?

Ok - Tegretol is working great for my mood stabilizer. But I still have trouble sleeping. I love Seroquel, but I notice that it does make me swell like the other atypicals.
Don't know if my doc would like me taking Lunesta every night.
Anything else I can add for sleep?
